What to expect at your appointment

Expect courtesy, efficiency, candor, and an answer when you come for a visit. You will be asked to fill out a simple form regarding medical history and insurance information. (For your convenience, those forms are available here and can be completed before your visit.) Then you will be evaluated in private by one of our urologists. We pride ourselves on taking whatever time necessary to diagnose the problem and develop a treatment plan.
