What you visit us, please bring

When you come for an office evaluation, please bring whatever pertinent laboratory information and imaging you have already had done. Also, if you have seen another urologist and are seeking a second opinion, notes from the other doctor’s office would be beneficial to bring along. This will not only help us tremendously in the diagnostic process, but will also expedite your overall urological care.
